Vivo has announced that the mid-range Y85 smartphone joins the roster of the company's devices that has received a markdown. Vivo's newest mid-range smartphone, the Y85, is now available in the Philippines. The Vivo Y85 sports a 6.22-inch 19:9 display, a MediaTek 6762 processor, 4GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, 13MP + 2MP rear cameras, 16MP front camera, and 3,260mAh battery. In addition to the X21, Vivo has also made the Y85 smartphone official and it may remind you of an upcoming phone to be released in various countries later this month. It bears an uncanny resemblance to the upcoming Vivo V9 if we're looking on leaks and current images that float the cyberspace, but the internals are somewhat downgraded from the leaked V9 spec sheet at the company's Indian website. Vivo touts that its 6.26-inch display in a 19:9 aspect ratio covers 90% of the device's body, and is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 450 chip with the company's AI-assisted FunTouch OS 4.0 based on Android Oreo on board.
