Globe has just announced that almost all of its business accounts use Voice Over LTE (VoLTE) and Voice Over WiFi (VoWiFi) services. The company said that as of July 2021, 97% of the company’s micro, and small and medium enterprise (MSME) accounts are now on VoLTE capable devices. Globe aims to provide all of its business postpaid lines with VoLTE/VoWiFi by the end of the year. The average dropped call rate has improved to 0.97% for VoLTE and 0.49% for VoWiFi from 1.90% and 1.87% in June. For its Enterprise clients, Globe has already provisioned 98% of them with VoLTE and VoWiFi. One out of two customers is now using VoLTE. Average dropped call rates for both services improved to 0.9% from 1.93% for VoLTE and 1.02% for VoWiFi in June.
