Sony has launched a new wearable device, and it's not a smartwatch, but rather a wearable air conditioner. Acerpure, the lifestyle brand of Acer, is expanding into the large-appliance category with the launch of Acerpure Chill, a new line of window-type air conditioners designed for Filipino households. The system uses two rotors that help maintain stable temperatures, reduce noise, and improve overall durability compared to standard non-inverter air conditioners. TCL has unveiled its latest lineup of air conditioners in the Philippines, highlighting smarter cooling and improved energy efficiency just ahead of the summer season. The new FreshIN 3.0, VoxIN, and BreezeIN+ air conditioners are all powered by TCL’s T-AI Energy Saving Technology, which the company says can reduce power consumption by up to 37 percent. Features such as Smart Arrive and Leave Home ensure the air conditioner operates only when needed, while Eco Mode and Smart Learning Mode gradually optimize power usage over time.
