The platform is set to launch later this year, allowing users to make payments within the app. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) has launched the PANaHON mobile app, a smartphone-friendly platform designed to provide real-time weather information and improve public preparedness for weather-related hazards. Introduced in the middle of Typhoon and Flood Awareness Week 2026, this app was, like pretty much, fully developed by PAGASA and it works as the mobile counterpart of its PANaHON web platform that was launched last year. According to PAGASA, the app was developed in response to growing smartphone usage among its users and forms part of the agency’s efforts to modernize weather and climate services in the Philippines. Telegram has launched a dedicated app for Wear OS smartwatches, bringing full chat access, voice messages, and chat management tools directly to users' wrists. The announcement comes days after Telegram introduced a native app for the Apple Watch. The new Wear OS app also marks Telegram's return to Google's smartwatch platform after removing its previous Wear OS app from the Play Store in 2021. With the new app, users can browse and scroll through their full conversations without needing to take out their smartphone.
