The updated editor now lets users ask Grok AI to edit a photo by typing what they want. Elon Musk's artificial intelligence startup xAI is set to launch its latest Grok-1.5 chatbot on his social media platform X next week, the billionaire announced on Friday. The upgraded version, Grok-1.5, aims to surpass current AI standards and is currently in the training phase, according to Musk's post on X. Grok-1.5, an enhanced version of the existing Grok chatbot, which will be rolled out to early testers and current Grok users on X in the upcoming days, as stated by xAI in a recent statement. This announcement comes shortly after Musk declared xAI's intention to open-source Grok earlier this month. With the launch of Grok-1.5, xAI aims to position itself as a competitive force against established players like OpenAI and Google's Alphabet in the field of artificial intelligence.
