Xiaomi has officially brought the Redmi Headphones Neo to the Philippines, adding a new over-ear wireless audio option to its growing lineup of accessories in the country. Xiaomi also included support for wired audio mode for users who prefer wired listening or higher-resolution playback. According to Xiaomi, the Redmi Headphones Neo can last up to 72 hours on a single charge using its 600mAh battery, making it one of the longer-lasting wireless headphone options in its category. For connectivity, the headphones use Bluetooth 5.4 and support wireless audio playback with a frequency response range of 20Hz to 20kHz. Aside from smartphones, in case you didn’t know, Xiaomi also offers a wide variety of consumer tech products, including some portable loudspeakers like the Xiaomi Sound Party. Connectivity and Features Connectivity-wise, the Xiaomi Sound Party supports Bluetooth 5.4 and NFC fast-pair. The speaker also support TWS (True Wireless Stereo) pairing and the so-called “Party Connect” where it allows you to connect multiple Xiaomi Sound Party units (up to 100) and play music simulteneously. Unfortunately, it’s not as dynamic as Xiaomi claims it to be since it’s just static lighting and does not respond to music at all.
