The arrival of Xiaomi HyperOS 3 was confirmed by the company via Weibo posts. The next major OS update for Xiaomi is set to be unveiled on August 28, 2025. Xiaomi executive Lu Weibing also mentioned that HyperOS 3 focuses on improving UI smoothness and responsiveness. The beta version of HyperOS 3 will be available immediately after the launch for select devices in China. On board, there’s a UNISOC T7250 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and Xiaomi HyperOS 3. Powering the smartphone is a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and it runs Xiaomi HyperOS 2 based on Android 15.
