Microsoft has officially completed ZeniMax Media's acquisition, the parent company of Bethesda Softworks, for USD 7.5 billion. The acquisition gives the Microsoft Xbox ownership of Zenimax Media’s eight development studios, including the Bethesda Game Studios, id Software, ZeniMax Online Studios, Arkane, MachineGames, Tango Gameworks, Alpha Dog, and Roundhouse Studios. Microsoft has announced an agreement to acquire the parent company of Bethesda Softworks, the ZeniMax Media, for USD 7.5 billion. The acquisition gives the Microsoft Xbox ownership of Zenimax Media's franchises such as DOOM, Wolfenstein, Elder Scrolls, Dishonoured, Fallout, and many more. Not to be outshined by other tablets with phone functionalities, Huawei has launched a new 7-inch slate that can also allow you to make calls and send SMS - the MediaPad 7 Vogue. The Huawei MediaPad 7 Vogue will be available in 3G and WiFi-only models in black and white colors, and will be available in China this month.
