Sony Interactive Entertainment has unveiled its new 27-inch PlayStation Gaming Monitor designed for the PS5 and PS5 Pro. The monitor will launch in 2026 in the U.S. and Japan.

Sony has just announced their first gaming monitor designed for the PS5 and PS5 Pro with the PlayStation 27-inch Gaming Monitor.
Featuring a Quad HD (2560 x 1440) IPS panel, the monitor supports HDR with Auto HDR Tone Mapping, VRR, and refresh rates of up to 120Hz on PS5 and PS5 Pro consoles, or 240Hz when connected to compatible PCs and Macs.
A built-in DualSense Charging Hook allows players to store and charge their controller. The display also includes two HDMI 2.1 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4, USB Type-A and Type-C ports, stereo speakers, a 3.5mm audio jack, and VESA mount support for flexible setups.
There have yet to be details revealed about the pricing and availability of the monitor. We have yet to know if this will be launched in our local shores.
