TCL has once again ranked as the world’s No. 1 Panel TV brand, according to the latest market share data from TRS Research. This marks the second consecutive year the company has led the global market in both value and volume.
TRS Research also ranks TCL as the top brand in the premium QLED TV segment. Separate findings from market research firm Omdia also recognize TCL as the global leader in three TV categories: ultra-large TVs, Mini LED TVs, and Google TVs.
Now in its 25th year, TCL continues to show strong performance in the global TV market.
In 2024, TCL led global shipments of 85-inch+ TVs, capturing a 22.1% market share. The brand also topped Mini LED TV shipments with 28.8% and held its lead in Google TV shipments from 2021 to 2024.
TCL says its continued focus on expanding its TV technology and design helps make high-quality home entertainment more accessible around the world, including in the Philippines.
Locally, TCL Philippines says it will continue to bring more smart home and entertainment products to Filipino households as part of its push toward more connected and energy-efficient lifestyles.
Furthermore, the company also announced a long-term global partnership with the International Olympic Committee (IOC), which will run through 2032. The deal includes supplying display tech and household appliances for the Olympic Village and supporting fan experiences worldwide with innovative marketing campaigns.
