Actually, Lulu has been offering print on demand books longer than CafePress (not that I don’t like CafePress for shirts & thongs & whatnot). Trafford costs a fortune. Blogbinders costs money, too. Haven’t actually seen their product yet, but I would like to.

To really reach the mass market for Bloggers, I would say BlogBinders would do just fine especially for retail or single purchases. Lulu seems to be reaching out for the more professional and serious ones. Not familiar with Trafford though and CafePress seems to be the most popular of them all.
