Here are the Motorola devices getting Android 13

Listen to article

The vanilla Android 13 through AOSP has been out several months now, and some brands are still catching up to bring the latest software in their devices. Motorola is one of them and it shows with the lack of transparency in terms of OS upgrades.

Although they have provided an initial list of Android 13 eligible devices sometime in August this year, we couldn’t hear from them often enough unlike other OEMs.

Despite that, it seems that their support page already knew and added new devices on the list. As GSMArena has spotted, a Motorola support agent listed 20 devices that will receive the Android 13 upgrade. The agent also said that the rollout on ‘select Motorola devices’ begins in early 2023.

The update priority is surely the flagship tier before low-end devices getting Android 13. Don’t worry if your Motorola device is missing from the list as it is only definitive, and we have yet to hear from Motorola themselves. Besides, Motorola’s update policy provides two OS updates even for its premium flagships.
