DJI Mavic Air arriving in the Philippines next week

Late last month DJI announced their latest creation, the Mavic Air. It’s a combination of their much loved Mavic Pro and Spark drones. Now, it seems like the company is ready to release it on the local market.

DJI will be hosting a public event on SM Megamall on February 12 to commemorate the launch of their latest drone. To celebrate this event, the company would be handing out free DJI storage bags for the first 30 customers who purchase the Mavic Air. Other than that, they’ll also be holding a Mavic Air raffle. To join, any customer who purchases any of their items will get one raffle entry.

An additional raffle entry will also be given to anyone that’ll post photos of the Mavic Air on their Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #DJIMavicAir. Although, customers would have to act fast as DJI will only release 1000 raffle tickets. Prizes are as follows:

  • Grand Prize (one winner): The Mavic Air
  • Second Prize (two winners): Mavic Air Intelligent Flight Battery
  • Third Prize (three winners): DJI Gift Set

For those who are interested and for more information head on over to the official event page here. They’ve yet to reveal local pricing but official pricing from the DJI online store lists the Mavic Air at USD$799 (about Php40,000) with the combo going for $999 (Php50,000).
