Facebook introduces On This Day feature

Listen to article

Facebook recently introduced a new feature called On This Day which lets users view content from this date in the past.

Facebook’s On This Day works similar to Timehop and aims to make it easier for users to reminisce and create ‘throwback’ posts. The new feature will let you see status updates, photos, posts from friends and other things you’ve shared or been tagged in – from one year ago, two years ago, and so on. The content will remain private unless you decide to share it on your Timeline.

To try this feature you can search for “On This Day,” or visit facebook.com/onthisday. Unfortunately it’s not available in the Philippines yet so we’ll still have to wait. (Update: 03/28 – Now available)

Hello everyone, the author is right. On this day feature is now working as of March 28 GeoLoc Phil
Please use the search bar feature and key in “on this da” without quotes of course. The result(s) should show the Facebook Page of “On This Day.” From the said page it will collect informstion from the FB account you have logged on. If there is a post with current month/day of previous years since you’ve join FB it will show as well in the page. Else/As well a ‘Get Notification’ button can be used to subscribe. Happy exploring memories!
