The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) has ordered GrabCar Philippines, MYTAXI.PH, Inc. to stop the operations of GrabBike, the company's motorcycle service.

在致GrabCar菲律宾公司、MYTAXI.PH, Inc.运营主管Gines Barot的信中，LTFRB地区主任兼负责人Glenn Zaragoza表示，GrabCar菲律宾未获授权提供自行车和摩托车作为公共交通方式，理由是安全问题以及未获得董事会和交通部的授权。

LTFRB 还提醒 GrabCar PH，他们的公司 MYTAXI.PH, Inc. 仅获准提供使用数字平台技术的交通网络车辆（TNV）服务，依据部门令第 2015-011 号。

GrabCar PH、MYTAXI.PH、Inc. 被指示在收到信函后五（5）天内遵守董事会的命令，直至交通部发布与该服务相关的指南。公司还必须解释并书面提交为何公司从事尚未获董事会授权的服务。

Are you really asking why should we follow existing laws? Hey, medical services are important and we don’t have enough doctors, so why should I require my doctor to be licensed by the PRC?
