What’s the point of having a landscape mode for this phone?

That’s when you are reading and using the phone one handed. Hold it on the keypad which double as a trackpad. You can then scroll pages using the keypad without touching the screen.

You can use the phone one handedly and not have it in landscape mode. What I’m trying to point out is: “The screen is square”. So it has the same dimensions while in “portrait” or “landscape”.
