The 2016 version of Samsung‘s Galaxy J1 was just spotted yesterday for sale in one of their local stores. Early last year, the company also introduced its entry-level smartphone for the same price. With the same asking price of Php5,490, the 2016 variant of the J1 offers a better screen in general plus a faster processor. Although still not that beefy, the RAM has also been improved from 512MB to 1GB, while the storage has been doubled to 8GB.
