菲律宾信息与通信技术部（DICT）与SM超级商场合作，通过全新的“就业技能建设”（JOBS）沉浸计划，帮助高中（SHS）学生获得真实的数字技能。
该计划于奎松市启动，让学生能够在IT、电子商务、酒店业、制造业和创意产业等快速增长的行业进行培训。DICT部长亨利·阿古达表示，该倡议将为青年在数字经济中的就业做好准备。

该合作还支持菲律宾通信部的“数字工作”计划，旨在到 2028 年创造 800 万个数字就业岗位。学生将学习自由职业、在线服务和技术导向型职业所需的技能。

作为发布活动的一部分，菲律宾通信部推出了数字角学习展位，教授数字素养、编程、网络安全和在线创业知识。这些展位将出现在全国即将举行的JOBS招聘会和沉浸式活动中。
