Honestly, I have never been into Transformers when I was a kid. But I was into Beast Wars when I was older. It’s animated 3D and its cool to watch them transform.

It’s just cool to see them beat the hell out of the Decepticons. And since most of the Transformers were cars and planes before, they were a nice entry to the mix.

Optimus Prime is my favorite transformer of all time. Like so many in the past and present he fights for freedom and the rights of all humans. He is an iconic patriotic symbol for my generation who grew up running home from school to watch Optimus fight off Megatron and the evil of the world.
