The latest HSDPA 3G modem from Smart Bro and Globe Visibility were manufactured by ZTE in China. The Smart Bro model is MF622 and the Globe Visibility is MF626, making the latter the much newer model. In fact, Globe Visibility takes over the Smart Bro installation folder in the Program Files. In order for the Smart Bro HSDPA modem to work, one has to un-install the Globe Visibility software/drivers first. So it's not a surprise that Globe Telecom has dropped its Globe Visibility Mobile Prepaid kit down to just Php3,500. Globe started offering their new prepaid and postpaid plans for Visibility back in June 23 when we first reported it here. People have been asking that since Globe Visibility has obviously moved into the flat prepaid and tiered postpaid models, what will happen to subscribers who are on the GV Unlimited plans?
