On her first day in office, Naga City Mayor Leni Robredo announced the upcoming launch of the MyNagaApp. This platform is set to offer more accessibility for essential services, information, and interactive tools for users.

One of its uses is being a directory for users to find local government offices they want to visit. It could also be used for calling assistance through providing emergency hotlines on the app.
Another feature included is offering information about the city’s resorts and landmarks for tourists. For city services, locals may also use the app for paying taxes and getting permits.
The MyNagaApp will also share the local government’s financial statements and its copies to offer more transparency. The public will also be notified about developing projects around the city along with the latest local news.

The app will encourage community participation, where users are able to voice concerns about keeping the city clean and/or safe. Robredo’s teaser about the MyNagaApp hints that it’ll be available for download soon via the App Store and Play Store.
