Xiaomi Smart Band 9 now official

Xiaomi has unveiled the Smart Band 9 alongside its new MIX Fold 4 and MIX Flip foldables in China.

The Band 9 retains the same design of its predecessors, sporting a metal middle frame and offering a range of new wristband options — seven in total — each featuring various materials and colors. Notably, there’s a limited-edition white version that comes with a ceramic body.

The watch sports the same 1.62-inch AMOLED display as last year’s model but boosts peak brightness to an impressive 1200 nits. It maintains a 60Hz refresh rate and supports over 200 watch faces.

Enhancements extend to its health tracking capabilities, with heart rate accuracy now 16% better compared to the Band 8. It also provides continuous monitoring for heart rate, blood oxygen levels, pressure, and stress.
