Xiaomi officially brought the Mijia Smart Audio Glasses to the Philippines, unveiled yesterday at the launch of the REDMI Note 15 Series, expanding its growing AIoT lineup beyond smartphones and earbuds.

Initially, these seem like regular optical devices or normal eyeglasses, but these pack the latest open-ear audio technology right inside them. In these optical devices, there are speakers and four built-in microphones so that one can listen to their favorite music or respond to calls while being aware of the surroundings too. Xiaomi also added wind noise reduction and a privacy mode to limit sound leakage during calls.

Mijia Smart Audio Glasses come with three designs, namely the Browline, the Pilot-Style, and the Titanium type. Both the Browline and the Titanium designs have blue-light protection lenses, while the Pilot-Style comes with UV400 sunglasses lenses. All three designs have prescription lenses.

Battery life reaches up to 13 hours of music playback, with a quick 10-minute charge giving up to 4 hours of use. In the Philippines, pricing starts at PHP 10,999, while the Titanium model costs PHP 12,999.
