BlackBerry recently announced that it has already began the rollout of its OS 10.2 update for BB 10 devices with countries from Asia Pacific getting it this week. True to their words, the much awaited update is now available for download.

We have the BlackBerry Z10 on hand and saw the OS 10.2.0.415 update which is 475MB in size. The update is also available for the BlackBerry Q10 and BlackBerry Q5.

Got instagram 4.2.1 kaya lang may keyboard problem sya nevertheless, its working fine. Copy paste ko na lang when i want to comment hehe.

Hi… gusto ko sana isideload ung instagram… kaso di ko mahanap ung ints ver. 3.4.4 puro 4.1.2 lang… eh dapat diba dalwa sila idownload… help naman… thanks

Isang instagram lang sideloan ko version 4.2.1, what i did is install ko unlocked android runtime muna then reboot then un instagram 4.2.1 :)

Update came in today 11/6/13 475mb as said. I have a q10 openline with globe postpaid sim. Question: how would you know if an openline unit becomes blocked by updating? Insert a different network sim? My apologies for a dumb question..

I just downloaded the 10.2 update and the new OS works great on my BB10 phone. It would show when update is available from settings/check software OS update. Update is OTA; about 472MB; it’s long but worth the trouble of installing.

Q10 user here, postpaid, from globe. Still no update. Im wondering if kaya ayaw lumitaw ng update is may nakapendinng na update for 10.1.4181 na hindi ko inupdate. Lilitaw ba ung 10.2 update even though 10.1.4181 is naka hang? I didnt update kasi when it appeared.

Install mo muna yung 10.1.4181. Might be required to prep your device for the 10.2 upgrade.

You could opt to use the updated blackberry link application for pc and use the software update there to get the 10.2. I haven’t tried yet since I’m running a 10.2.1 leak.

Yes, there is a possibility that updated openline units will be locked again.

Yep, or could be the other way around similar to what happened to my locked HTC unit from SMART before. After upgrading to ICS, it was unlocked all of a sudden and remained so even after subsequent upgrades. Not sure if it was just an isolated case but the thing is, it’s possible.
