Gmail users on Android and iOS will soon be able to easily respond to emails with the rollout of Smart Reply.
Smart Reply was initially available in Google Inbox in 2015 and in Google Allo. Now it’s rolling out to Gmail. The feature suggests three responses based on the email you received, then allows you to select one which you can send immediately or edit it.

Smart Reply utilizes machine learning to give you better responses the more you use it. So if you’re more of a “thanks!” than a “thanks.” person, it will suggest the more suited personal response.
Smart Reply will roll out globally on Android and iOS in English first, and Spanish will follow in the coming weeks.
