Samsung has officially unveiled the Galaxy A07 in Indonesia, expanding its entry-level A-series with a device that blends affordability, durability, and long-term support.

The Galaxy A07 sports a 6.7-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate for smoother visuals. Powering the phone is MediaTek’s Helio G99 chipset, paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, expandable via microSD up to 2TB. While performance should handle daily tasks well, it’s worth noting that the Helio G99 lacks 5G support.

For imaging, the A07 packs a 50MP main camera at the back and an 8MP selfie shooter up front. Security features include Samsung Knox Vault, Auto Blocker, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The phone carries a 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging, and Samsung is bundling a free 25W travel adapter as a launch bonus. Customers also get a 36GB XL data package and a 30% discount on Samsung Care+.

Durability is also a highlight, with an IP54 rating against splashes and dust plus a Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer back. Out of the box, it runs Android 15 with One UI 7, backed by six years of software updates, keeping it secure until 2031.

Pricing in Indonesia starts at IDR 1,399,000 (PHP 4,869.63) for the 4GB/64GB model and tops out at IDR 2,299,000 (PHP 8,002.34) for 8GB/256GB. Color options include Green, Light Violet, and Black.
