Samsung Galaxy A35 5G spotted on Geekbench; launches on March 11

The Samsung Galaxy A35 5G along with the Galaxy A55 5G are scheduled for release in India on March 11 at 2:30PM PST. Ahead of launch, the global version of the Galaxy A35 has surfaced on Geekbench benchmarking site. The listing reveals the phone’s capabilities in terms of performance.

As first spotted by MySmartPrice, the Galaxy A35 listed as the model SM-A365B garnered 1021 on single-core and 2,897 on multi-core performance tests. To recall, the phone is expected to equip Samsung’s 5-nanometer class in-house chip, the Exynos 1380.

Based on the listing, the chip uses four CPU cores clocked at 2.0GHz and another four cores clocked at 2.4GHz. These are expected to be Cortex-A55 and -A78 cores. Additionally, the phone will have a 6GB RAM configuration.

Pricing details for the Galaxy A35 also surfaced last week for Europe. It starts at EUR 379 (approximately PHP 23K in today’s exchange) for the 8GB+128GB version.

We should learn more about the new Galaxy A-Series devices at launch on March 11, so keep your eyes peeled for updates! No word yet from Samsung Philippines but expect them to come in the country sooner than later.
