The program covers a wide range of Huawei products, including smartphones, wearables, laptops, tablets, and audio devices, giving users access to a set of free services:

  • Free diagnosis for performance issues like lag or battery degradation

  • Cleaning and refresh service for smartphones, laptops, and wearables

  • System renewal with the latest updates and optimizations

  • Free postal repair with round-trip nationwide shipping covered by Huawei

Customers can avail of these services at authorized Huawei Service Centers, or conveniently book through the My HUAWEI app, the Huawei Support website, or hotline.

The company says the Service Upgrade Program aims to provide year-round, unlimited free support with no hidden costs, helping devices stay reliable and secure for longer use.
