The Realme C3 is equipped with MediaTek’s recently released Helio G70 chipset, which offers users respectable performance for the price. It managed to score 181,968 in the AnTuTu V8 benchmark in our review.
The Huawei Y6p, on the other hand, comes with a MediaTek MT6762R chipset, which is a modified Helio P22 chipset. Kimovil reports it scores an AnTuTu V8 score fo around 95,000 points – which is almost half the score of the Realme C3.
While AnTuTu is not the be-all-end-all of performance, it’s an excellent indicator nonetheless. Stay tuned for our Y6p review to see how well it does in our testing.

Out of the box, the Huawei Y6p runs on EMUI 10.1, and Realme C3 runs on Realme UI, both of which are based on Android 10. An important thing to take note is that the Huawei Y6p does not come with Google Mobile Services, and instead use Huawei’s own Mobile Services.
Powering both devices is a 5,000mAh battery.
Both the Huawei Y6p and Realme C3 are available for PHP 5,990USD 102INR 8,653EUR 97CNY 743. Given the current rundown on specs, the choice between the devices falls on the type of smartphone users you are. If you enjoy playing games such as Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, and COD Mobile, you’d want to go with the more powerful Realme C3 as it will be able to provide you with smoother framerates.
However, if you work on your phone and do a little bit of photography on the side, then Huawei Y6p would be the better choice thanks to its higher camera resolutions, and more storage. The extra bit of RAM will also help users switching between apps when multitasking.
However, do take note that you won’t have Google Mobile Services, and you won’t have some functionality until they’re added to Huawei’s Mobile Services.
