Once you pop, they can’t stop!

credit card About a month ago, I blogged about them credit card companies not wanting to issue me one. Despite my good credit standing, multiple peso and dollar accounts on four different banks and a plethora of regular bills I pay monthly.

So I thought, maybe these guys have already blacklisted me on their shared credit database of sorts. I conceded to the idea that I may not get one ever unless I apply for one of those card which requires a holding amount equivalent to your credit limit on their bank. But, I have to have at least one in order to facilitate all the online payments I make regularly.

billsBut alas, by some sort of miracle or climate change, them credit cards started coming in. To date, I have a BPI Express Credit, a Petron Master Card, two (2) BPI Edge, two (2) BPI Mini Edge, a Metrobank Value MasterCard, another Metrobank Classic MasterCard and an HSBC Mabuhay Miles Visa Card. Citibank though, still insists that I do not qualify for one of their CashBack cards — so be it!

  1. I’ve always been puzzled abt those card companies myself. It seems they are oblivious to good credit records. I gave up my Citibank card in a huff due to poor accounting skills–theirs!–and it took months before BPI accepted my application. They did make up by sending me those 4 cards.

  2. Yeah, I got 4 cards the first time they sent me the CCs.

  3. Hay,I like your posting friend and i would like to link exchange with your blog if you want.this is my blog Unsecured credits And also dont forget to come.i will happy if you come .Good bye friend
