HUAWEI MatePad 12 X (2026) Review
Woke up early morning today to go to Pasig Hall of Justice and attend my very first court hearing. At the same time, I’m also sitting on the witness stand (that’s another first).
It’s been more than 3 years and this civil suit is still dragging me back to the court house. We’ve done our practice run last week with my lawyers but still can’t shake that tense feeling once they start throwing questions.
To those who didn’t know, I survived a libel case about 4 years ago. While that one was dismissed, it didn’t stop the complainant to file another civil suit.
So here I am, on the day of my birthday, waiting for the court to go in session. Such a bummer.

Don’t worry, you are innocent until proven guilty :) Even if you are proven guilty, don’t worry. This is Philippines. The justice system has no integrity. Im also such a bummer for being here in this country. I still can’t believe that a suicidal act instead of martyrdom, made someone to become a Hero even though he is unrighteous. tsk tsk.

This is ridiculous.
If memory serves, you should be cleared of all charges by now. Since the last libel case against you by the same person was dismissed, I surmise that it is possible that you are in double jeopardy and that the case against you should be dismissed.
