HP has just announced that the company will be reorganized into two separate companies, one to focus on the enterprise market and the second into consumer electronics.
The first company will be called Hewlett-Packard Enterprise which will be catering to businesses and enterprise customers while the second company will be called just HP Inc. which will be handling the PC and Printer business.
Both new companies will still be publicly traded.
