Along with the release of Pokemon GO in Germany only recently, Niantic has also updated the app which now supports Intel-based smartphones most of which are Zenfone 2 devices.

The Pokemon GO is not yet officially released and activated in the Philippines so you’ll have to wait for it to be available in the Google Play Store or iTunes App Store. However, there are unconfirmed reports that it will be available in Asia in the next 48 hours.
However, if you’re eager to start it out and activate your account there new Pokemon GO apk is already available to download here (for sideloading only).
