With the high need for personal protection, technological upgrade on masks is really essential these days. It could also be one of our weapons for battling against the spread of the world’s #1 rival today which is the coronavirus. This has two H13 HEPA filters, dual fans, and patented respiratory sensors for filtering air and detecting the volume of the wearer’s breath with adjustable dual three-speed fans. Moreover, the charging case for the wearable has UV-LED lights that kill harmful germs and sanitize it when not in use. LG will exhibit the PuriCare Wearable in the IFA 2020 where it might release the details about its pricing and availability.
This breathable mask is powered by the Japanese NIDE Technology which has a fan airflow rate that produces up to 41L per minute. It sports a motor power and air-fluid dynamics design to reduce the exhalation resistance and improve breathing comfort. Additionally, this also has 4 layers of filtration which removes up to 95% PM2.5 dust and bacteria and 3 levels of fan speed for comfortable breathing. This high-tech mask also has a filter-to-shell lock and magnetic battery module-to-shell attachment, as well as a replaceable N95 mask filter. Along with this mask is its technological feature of tracking the wear of your filter and when to replace it. It is also lightweight and flexible. Moreover, it has built-in integrated technology and features a microphone, accelerometer, and Bluetooth connectivity that may be used along with its dedicated mobile app. It also provides real-time information about the virus. The C-Face Smart Mask was developed by Donut Robotics. Named as a “smart” mask, this mask can be connected to a smartphone through an app. It features a capability to transcribe speech into texts through the app. Its purpose is to maintain a “social distance” between people. The speech can be translated into eight languages with accurate translation technology. This mask will also be equipped with a Wi-Fi router. This smart mask is priced at JPY 3980 with tax and will be released in Japan on January 2021.
