Listen to article

AMD Athlon II Neo Dual-Core K325 (1.3GHz, 2MB L2)
ATI Mobility Radeon HD4225
320GB SATA HDD 7200rpm
WiFi 802.11 b/g/n
Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR

This is a lemon.

I am sending it back today.

– Battery last no more than 3 hours.
– The touch pad is very bad.
– The fan is loud and always on.

There is no way of liking this laptop. I would not even buy it for 100 USD. I paid it about 850 USD.

I bought it because the retailer wrote as the main selling point that the battery last 9 hours. They’d better not cause me problem with the refund, because I’ll screw them.

The price is not that worth it.. For one, the unit will not last 4 Hours on batt.. The HP Mini 311 only lasted for 3 hours since AMD processors use alot of power.. Secondly, for a 11 incher will you waste 40K for it? if it was a 13″ one, I might… for the same price you can buy a core i3/i5 laptop with powerful graphics card.

Sayang talaga..

Way too overpriced, I would rather bought a CULV netbook than this one.

@yuga – a 8-hr battery life is an upgrade to a 4-hr battery life, sans the brand.

My, you really have to be careful on what you say on this blog since there is always someone who would correct you. My thoughts: I think this is a nice upgrade over a single core (processor) but the price is a bit prohibitive. I have had an ASUS 1000HE for more than a year and I plan to “upgrade” to a netbook that’s faster and better looking. Any suggestions Mr. Yuga?

so amd is an upgrade to intel? be careful coz your loyal followers might agree with you and ditch intel…

so i disagree that this replaces that model but another product line. intel atom is designed as a low-power solution for limited task that will be offered maybe in 3-5yrs time; and i’m sure you know the word “diversity”.

can you compare this MSI U250. seems like they have the same processor and similar specs. although the price tag makes the difference.
