Sky Broadband has a new plan for its subscribers offering 50 Mbps of internet connection speed for Php2,899 per month.
The Php2,899 subscription comes with 50 Mbps of speed with one month advance as initial cash-out plus Php1,599 for installation fee. On the brightside, usage allowance is unlimited, comes with a free modem and includes a SKYcable Dual Def 299 subscription with 1 SKY On Demand Box. Subscribers can also opt for HBO Go for an additional Php99/mo or free access to SKY ON Demand Premium Pack or sixty (60) days upon first log-in.

Kakakabit lang ng sky samin 25mbps lang sa speed test and down speed around 0.8 lang yung up speed. Kahapon lang kinabit ngayon wala na agad. Biglang nawalan ng internet. Im using mobile internet now obviously. Sky is good for downloading pero if youre a gamer, It’s not that good. Ang ping niya is 30ms. Sobrang unreliable din from my 1 day experience. 5 times din pala akong nagpasched ng pagupgrade because 5mbps ako dati. Pagnagssched sila ng for upgrade na pupunta sami di sila dadating. Pag naman busy kami dun sila dadating.
Summary: Only good for download. Bad for gaming. UNRELIABLE.

BTW. Clear ko lang. Dadating sila if wala namang sched. One time nagulat ako may dumating. Akala ko yun na. Kaso yun pala maling service ang ginagawa. Nagreklamo daw kami ng walang internet. E wala naman. 1month ago pa yata yug reklamo na yun pero ok na ngayon. So ayun. Sobrang fail ng CS nila.
