PLDT launches Home Prepaid WiFi

PLDT has launched its first prepaid broadband service, the PLDT Home Prepaid WiFi.

THe PLDT Home Prepaid WiFi is similar to the Smart Bro Prepaid LTE Home WiFi or the competitors Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi. It’s a plug and play device that connects up to 5 WiFi-ready devices to the internet using the LTE 700MHZ band.

Users can subscribe to Home Boost 15, which comes with 1GB valid for 1 day for only Php15. Or use it as an add-on to bigger promos like Home Boost 50 or up.

The PLDT Home Prepaid WiFi is now available at all PLDT Stores and retailers nationwide and
comes with free 10GB, valid for 7 days, for a one-time payment of only Php1,995.

Customers can also buy the device in installments with the help of lending platform Lendr for an initial low cash-out of Php495, followed by six weekly payments of Php370, which can be paid through any Smart Padala center, Bayad Center, ECPay, and 7-Eleven outlets.

Ask ko lang….so what’s the difference between
Smart Bro Prepaid Home WIfi -AND- the new PLDT Home Prepaid WIfi
since both uses the same network and both at 700mhz band?

    Bakit sila naglabas ng ganyan?

Ano kaya masmabilis or reliable? Parang ang physical make nya ksi is the same din with no external antenna. Also, it’s like competing with PLDT Ultera, pero mas mababa base price ng Ultera 699 lng but 30GB na. What ba network ng Ultera gamit? Sorry I’m not techy …
