Acer Swift 7 (SF714-52T) now official

Acer has announced at CES 2019 their All-New Swift 7 (SF714-52T) that features a thin and light premium chassis, touch display with Corning Gorilla Glass 6, and 8th-gen Intel Core processor.

The new Acer Swift 7 sports a 14-inch Full HD touch display with IPS panel and 92% screen-to-body ratio, which is then protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 6. It has dual USB Type-C ports that support Thunderbolt 3, USB 3.1, DisplayPort 1.2, WiFi 5 with 2×2 MU-MIMO technology, Bluetooth 5.0, a push-to-open camera for web chats, and a power button that doubles as a fingerprint reader.

Powering it is the latest 8th Gen Intel Core i7-8500Y processor, up to 16GB of RAM, up to 512GB of SSD PCIe storage, and a battery that can last up to 10 hours. All of that in a premium magnesium-alloy chassis that measures under 1 cm thin at 9.95 mm and weighs less than 1 kg at just 890 grams.

The Acer Swift 7 (SF714-52T) with a touch display will be available with 8GB or 16GB of LDDR3 RAM and either 256GB or 512GB of SSD PCIe storage. It will be available in North America in May, starting at USD 1,699; in EMEA in April, starting at EUR 1,799; and in April in China, starting at CNY 14,999.
