Cherry Mobile Flare J1 mini, S4 mini priced at Php 1,699

As reported earlier, Cherry Mobile also introduces two mini versions of their recently released Flare smartphones.

The Cherry Mobile Flare J1 mini will sport a 4.5-inch display while a smaller version of the S4 device aptly called the S4 mini got a smaller display of 4 inches. Both devices will come pre-loaded with Android 5.1 Lollipop and has an expandable storage up to 32GB.
