HONOR X9d launched with shock-absorbing frame and 8,300mAh battery

As per our previous report, the HONOR X9d is now official with highlights in durability and battery. An outlet also mentioned that this offering is a rebrand of the HONOR X70, previously introduced in China.

It has a 6.79-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. Powering it is a Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 with 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage.

Cameras include a 108MP main paired with a 5MP ultrawide at the rear. It ships with MagicOS 9.0 based on Android 15 out of the box.

Build-wise, it has a shock-absorbing frame and an IP69K rating, insuring the device against high-pressure water jets. The phone packs a 8,300mAh silicon-carbon battery with 66W of fast charging support, lower than the X70’s 80W.

The HONOR X9d comes in Forest Green, Midnight Black, Reddish Brown, and Sunrise Gold color options. It’s priced at MYR 1,499 (~PHP 20K) with 12GB/256GB. It’s also available for MYR 1,699 (~PHP 23K) with 12GB/512GB.

Well, the portfolio of scriptwriting, web content, and public relations help too, we suppose. As a homebody, he often spends his time on the streaming platform Twitch or ‘farming’ gaming clips with friends. He is also an avid fan of round glasses and anything relative to blueberries.
