HUAWEI Mate X6 now available in PH: early promo comes with free WATCH GT 4, DJI NEO, and more

Huawei’s latest foldable, the HUAWEI Mate X6, is finally available for purchase in the Philippines today, January 31st.

The Mate X6 features a unique design with a premium vegan fiber finish and a standout Space-Age Orbit camera layout.

Weighing in at 239 grams and measuring 9.85mm when folded, the device is slim enough to fit comfortably in your pocket or bag. Despite the slim profile, it packs a 7.93-inch OLED interior screen and a 6.45-inch OLED exterior screen.

Both offer vibrant visuals powered by HUAWEI’s X-True Display, with features like 1440Hz PWM dimming to reduce eye strain in low-light settings.

Durability is another key aspect of the Mate X6. Built with aviation-grade aluminum and reinforced with 2nd Generation KUNLUN Glass, it’s designed to withstand drops and impacts.

The phone’s hinge, designed for heavy use, includes a carbon fiber plate for added reinforcement. Plus, with an innovative cooling system and IPX8 water resistance, the Mate X6 is built to handle intense tasks like gaming and video calls, or even brief submersion in water.

The Mate X6 also shines in mobile photography. Equipped with a TÜV Color Accuracy Certified Ultra Aperture XMAGE Camera, the device features a 50MP Ultra Aperture Camera, a 48MP Telephoto Micro Camera, and a 40MP Ultra-Wide Angle Camera.

As with any large display, multitasking is a highlight. With features like Smart Multi-Windows and an Adaptive UI Engine, the Mate X6 is optimized for dual-screen experience, allowing you to run multiple apps simultaneously.

For those looking for more interactive experiences, features like Emoji Crush and Air Hoops add a playful element to the phone.
