Kata Philippines is offering a tablet that greatly resembles the iPad Mini with 3G connectivity for under Php 6k.

The Kata T4 sports a 7.85-inch IPS HD display and is powered a 1.3GHz quad-core processor. It also has an 8-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel selfie camera upfront. Memory is at 1GB with 8GB internal storage plus a free 10GB online storage. Unfortunately, it boots a rather dated Android 4.4 KitKat.
