LG’s current flagship device, the Optimus G Pro, has finally made its way to our shore and is looking to go head-to-head with the other marquee 5-inchers such as the SGS4 & Sony Xperia Z.

Wrong, internal storage is 16gb, up to 64gb external sd support. I know, I just bought one from lg Philippines. The 32gb are the Korean and at&t variants.
Comes with free flip cover, with wireless charging and magnetic wake screen ability.
This thing shits all over the s4, battery life is outstanding, I mean really outstanding, first day of charge, 5 hours screen time 50percent brightness 16 hours standby with WiFi any gps always turned on… amazing. if you turn off throttle control, it reaches 24k antutu, 12k quadrant etc. imagine 4.2.2 on it. Very very impressed. I just bought it for giggles but now truly impressed, never thought lg could manage it, the notification led light is amazing too. It truly is, coming from an lg hater! Htc one if you want a smaller phone and this big boy if you want a phablet, s4, trash. Redeem your crown Samsung with the note 3. Careful though, Sony xperia ultra, htc one max, lg g2 might kick Samsung. Make your new exynos with your new Mali gpu, if you get snapdragon 800…too many competitors, and please a bit of design change too won’t hurt, same goes with lg optimimus pro, thank god lg g2 seems to have a good design.
In a gist, I can attest you won’t regret this purchase it truly is an underdog. Its fantastic.
Note: install nova or apex, lg skin is still kinda shitty like touchwiz, only sense 5 has the right shit minus the blinkfeed.
Rouge says:
this phone is fashionably late… highend phones with Snapdragon 800 SoC have already entered the market with comparable price!.
abuzalzal says:
Laging late naman sila as usual
ngayong malapit na i-announce ang Note 3 wala ng papansin diyan, konting antay na lang
Note 3 = More powerful SoC, more RAM,Bigger Battery, S-Pen functionality….
dan_md says:
This phone was launched WAY back in Q1 2013. Late local arrival is the problem. Although the features are comparable to competitors, it brings nothing new to the table and it’s impossible to topple Samsung with deep pockets for its marketing.
awdog says:
I was waiting for this phone. I thought this is what I’d buy. But LG decided to reduce the internal memory to 16GB instead of 32gb. Now Im not sure if I’d get this. I’d probably take S4 or the 64gb HTC One.
Tocino says:
Does it suffer the same issue with lg optimus g where unit warming hampers the phone’s ability to incrase its brightness. Sometimes lg optimus pro is stuck at 75% brightness to prevent overheating thereb decreading its full media experience?
Lucky G2 says:
i ‘ll pass !
I WANT LG G2!ONLY G2 for this year!
LG is getting better and better……..
jolo says:
Sobrang late na nila nirelease dito sa Pinas. Palabas na yung G2 pero itong G Pro ngayon pa lang naging available dito sa atin.
Ronald says:
The best thing about this late to the party fone is that when you turn it on, a rainbow of colors surround the home. That’s it.
kaye says:
This is not LTE capable is it? I bought mine last month and noticed that it is not LTE capable… My unit is E988.. hanggang 3G lang siya.. too bad.. i felt ripped off.. :(
