moto G86 5G, G86 Power launched: both run Dimensity 7300 SoC, up to 6720mAh battery

Motorola has announced three new additions to its moto G-Series, namely the moto G86 5G along with its ‘Power’ variant, and the more affordable model, the moto G56.

All three feature similar designs, albeit the moto G86 duo boasts higher-end specs.

Both models feature pretty much the same hardware except for the battery capacities and slight differences in dimensions and weight. These include the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC, and 6.67-inch AMOLED display.

At the rear, both protrudes dual camera setup led by a 50-megapixel main sensor with OIS alongside an 8-megapixel ultrawide that doubles as a macro sensor. Both are IP68/IP69 rated and get military-grade shock resistance.

Now for the battery, the vanilla G86 packs a 5200mAh unit while the Power variant boasts a bigger 6720mAh capacity. Both support 33W of wired charging.

Both models will be available in select markets in Europe, with the moto G86 5G and G86 Power 5G priced at GBP 280 and GBP 299, respectively.
