Motorola Edge Plus 2023 launched

Motorola has launched its all-new flagship smartphone, the Motorola Edge Plus (2023).

The Edge Plus features a curved 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with a 165 Hz refresh rate and a 1080 x 2400 resolution. According to Motorola, the Edge Plus’ curved design was designed to offer a comfortable feel in the hand.

HDR10+ is also present with the Edge Plus display, allowing deeper blacks and brighter colors. The screen will also have Corning Gorilla Glass Victus as protection against scratches and day-to-day use.

Powering the Edge Plus (2023) is the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor and up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM. You can also get up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 internal storage with the Edge Plus.

For cameras, the Edge Plus will have a triple camera setup that is led by a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP ultrawide sensor, and a 12MP portrait.

For selfies, you’ll have a whopping 60MP front-facing camera.

For battery and charging, the Edge Plus has a 5100 mAh battery capacity with 68W TurboPower fast charging support. Motorola says that you can get a full day’s use out of the Edge Plus with just 9 minutes of charging.

Motorola says the Edge Plus (2023) will start at a price of USD $800 (around Php 44,277) and will be available on May 25. No news yet of availability here for us in the Philippines.
