OnePlus on Friday confirmed the launch of OnePlus 10R 5G boasting the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 Max (and non-Max) SoC scheduled on April 28.
The ‘max’ variant is exclusively customized for OnePlus. The chipset packs an octa-core CPU 2.6GHz and latest ARM Mali -G610 MC6 GPU that is 20 percent faster than its predecessor, as the brand says.
They also confirmed that OnePlus 10R 5G will support 150W ‘SuperVOOC’ for a 4,500 mAh battery. These are the specs that the brand has announced so far, and more details will be unveiled as the launch nears.
Although, as reported by 91Mobiles, the OnePlus 10R 5G are said to have a 6.7-inch 120Hz FHD+ AMOLED display, 50MP triple cameras, and a 16MP selfie camera, 8 or 12GB RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.
OnePlus is yet to clarify on the difference of ‘Max’ chipset will make.
Moreover, along with the 10R release is the OnePlus Nord CE 2 that is also 5G capable, with Snapdragon 695, 64MP triple rear cameras, and 33W fast charging.
No word yet whether the new flagship will also land to other markets.
