OnePlus 13 Series global launch date set for January 7

The OnePlus 13 Series global launch date has been confirmed for January 7, 2025 during the company’s Winter Launch Event. This was teased by OnePlus India via a YouTube post. We’ll leave the spec sheet below for those interested.

Last month, the OnePlus 13 debuted in China last month as a standalone device. For this event, however, the OnePlus 13R is expected to launch as well.

The OnePlus 13R is suggested to have a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz. Under the hood, it will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.

Optics include two 50-megapixel cameras with an 8-megapixel ultra wide sensor at the rear. It will also pack a 6,000mAh battery with support for 100W of fast charging.

Other details about the toned down version of OnePlus’ flagship remains under wraps as this is a developing story. We’ll be sure to update readers as the OnePlus 13 Series global launch date nears.

The announcement of the OnePlus Watch 3, OnePlus Buds 4 TWS, and the OnePlus Pad 2 Go is also anticipated. We expect to learn more about what the Winter Launch Event has in store in the coming weeks.
