OPPO F3 specs leak ahead of launch
We’re a few days away from OPPO’s next big smartphone reveal, but here’s what you have to look forward to the company’s upcoming selfie smartphone.
If we are to believe the multiple sources that gave us bits and pieces of what could be the F3, the company’s new device will sport a 5.5-inch display of In-Cell construction, as opposed to a IPS one from the F3 Plus. With an in-cell display, the touch feedback is combined and embedded inside the LCD cell, thus enabling a slimmer profile.
Other key components include an octa-core Mediatek chip, the same dual front cameras seen on the bigger F3 Plus, and a bigger battery from the F1s.
OPPO F3 specs (unofficial):
5.5″ FHD In-Cell display
Corning Gorilla Glass 5
1.5GHz Octa-core Mediatek MT6750T
Mali T860 GPU
64GB internal storage
expandable via microSD up to 128GB (uses SIM 2 slot)
16MP + 8MP 120-degree wide-angle front cameras
13MP rear camera
Hybrid Dual SIM (nano+nano)
ColorOS 3.1 based on Android 6 Marshmallow
Rumor has it that the F3 sports a Php16,990 price tag which is a huge jump from when its predecessor, the F1s, initially launched. Tune in to YugaTech as we cover the official OPPO F3 launch in the country on May 4 and get more details about the device.
