OPPO Find X8 Ultra now official

OPPO has launched the Find X8 Ultra in China, the brand’s new photography-focused flagship.

The phone features four 50MP rear cameras, co-developed with Hasselblad, including a 1-inch Sony LYT-900 sensor for the main lens, two telephoto periscope lenses (3x and 6x zoom), and a 120-degree ultra-wide.

There’s also a 32MP selfie camera on the front, backed by OPPO’s new LUMO imaging system.

Flip to front, it sports a flat 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display (3168 x 1440), with a 1–120Hz refresh rate, and OPPO’s Crystal Shield glass protection.

Under the hood is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite, with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. Its design keeps things flat with rounded corners and a large black circular camera bump. It comes in black, white, or pink, and includes IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance.

New hardware features include two extra buttons: a customizable Shortcut Button and a Quick Button for launching the camera.

It runs ColorOS 15 based on Android 15, and the high-end 16GB/1TB version adds satellite communication support. Battery-wise, it packs a 6100mAh unit combined with 100W wired, 50W wireless, and reverse wireless charging.
