Mark your calendars: POCO has officially announced the global launch of the X7 Series on January 9 at 8 PM, with the Philippines included in the rollout.

Carrying the tagline “Full Speed Ahead,” the POCO X7 series promises a focus on performance. The company has teased a signature yellow and black colorway for the X7 Pro, featuring a dual-texture vegan leather design.
The device will also sport a dual rear camera setup, with a 50-megapixel main camera equipped with OIS, presumably an upgrade from the 64-megapixel sensor used on the X6 Pro.
For specs, the X7 Pro is rumored to debut the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 chipset, succeeding the Dimensity 8300 found in the X6 Pro.
The new chip employs an all-performance core layout (1/3/4 Cortex-A725 cores), with a prime core clocked at 3.25 GHz. This configuration aims to have a high-power performance, echoing MediaTek’s flagship processors like the Dimensity 9300.
Both devices are now listed on POCO’s official Shopee store with placeholder prices. Based on expectations, the POCO X7 Pro will come in two variants: 8GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB, featuring the MediaTek Dimensity 8400, a 50MP OIS main camera, and three colorway options.
Stay tuned for more updates as the official launch approaches.
